Acklam advised Telford Homes in the acquisition of Redrow Homes' interest in Capital Interchange Way in Brentford, a Joint Venture with Catalyst.

The project has planning permission for 420 new homes, 209 of which will be for affordable rent or shared ownership and the remaining 211 homes as Build to Rent.
