Any lending proposal which involves acquiring an asset and seeking planning for a Zero Carbon building will receive the following:
- A reduced interest rate or coupon
- Reviewed favourably by the Lending team
- Prioritised ahead of other opportunities

Acklam Structured Finance can invest Joint Venture equity into 3rd party investment opportunities.
The developer will be required to put hard equity in alongside Acklam.
