Former Morrisons Supermarket on the High Street in Brentford, West London.

Essential Living purchased the site in 2015 without planning permission and with Morrisons in occupation for only a few years remaining on their lease. Planning was obtained for over 220 residential units and the re-provision of a supermarket.

Acklam made the off-market introduction to L&Q and advised them on the acquisition.
